DIXIE EVANS BURLESQUE CELEBRATES AMERICA WITH A SPLASH
AT BINION’S LEGENDARY ROOFTOP POOL
Show and pool party takes place this Thursday
A variety of burlesque’s best will come together for a special revue in early celebration of America’s Independence on Thursday, June 28, 2012 with special appearances by burlesque icons Tempest Storm and Dixie Evans. Regarded as the “Marilyn Monroe of Burlesque,” no one has done more to preserve the history and art of burlesque than Evans.
Produced by Frederic Apcar Productions, the “Dixie Evans Burlesque Show” features an all-star line-up to honor America including such starlets of shimmy as Angie Pontani , Kitten DeVille, Renea’ LeRoux, Cabernet Dance, Mimi Le Meaux and Cha Cha Velour. The event will be hosted by emcee extraordinaire Kitten on the Keys, among others. Las Vegas’ own “Original Nerd of Magic” Kyle Marlett will dazzle with his magic, along with an amazing performance by “Queen of the Fire Tassels,” Satan’s Angel. The show will kick off with a performance by The Swingin’ Pedestrians and the grooves will go late into the night with DJ Maybelline. The intimate show also includes swing dancing and a private pool party.

Doors to the “Dixie Evans Burlesque Show” will open at 7 p.m., show time is 8 p.m. on Thursday, June 28, 2012 at Binion’s Casino rooftop, 128 Fremont St, Downtown Las Vegas, Nev. General admission tickets will be available at the door and are $15; $10 with a valid military ID. All tickets include entrance into the show and pool party; 18 years of age and over.
