R Steak & Seafood proudly announces its participation in Spring Las Vegas Restaurant Week 2012 from Feb. 27 to March 4. Located inside The Riviera Hotel & Casino, the newly renovated R Steak & Seafood is offering a unique menu to benefit Three Square, Southern Nevada’s only food bank.
“Participating in Restaurant Week is a great way for us to highlight our new restaurant and the new menu while at the same time donate to a wonderful cause,” says Lori Nelson, vice president of food and beverage at Riviera Hotel & Casino.
Executive Chef Jason Bradley created a delectable three-course dinner for $30.12 per person. Menu highlights include:
First Course
Choice of: Colossal Shrimp Cocktail; Served with Lemon Aioli and Horseradish Cocktail Sauce ~ or ~ Roasted Forest Mushroom Soup; Light Cream topped with Chives
Second Choice
Choice of: Prime 10oz. Delmonico Steak ~ or ~ 10 oz. Wild Salmon Steak Grilled with Lemon Butter
Third Course
Choice of: The Swan Signature Dessert, Cream Puff Filled with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream topped with Chocolate Shavings and Raspberry Sauce ~ or~ Chocolate Crème Brulee topped with Fresh Berries
