Every two years on March 11, the multi-platinum group 311 holds a special concert event attracting thousands of fans worldwide. The event is typically held in New Orleans and as a result, the Mayor of New Orleans officially proclaimed March 11 as “311 Day.” However, this year’s “311 Day” concert will move to the MGM Grand Garden Arena for two special performances Saturday, March 10 and Sunday, March 11.
